Rihanna's Suit Over Leaky $7M Mansion Kept Intact

Law360, Los Angeles (July 20, 2012, 7:13 PM ET) -- A California state judge on Friday refused to trim Rihanna's breach-of-contract lawsuit against the former owners of her $7 million Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion, who allegedly concealed from the pop singer structural defects that contributed to significant water damage.

Judge Yvette M. Palazuelos kept intact all of Rihanna's claims against the property's previous owners, Heather and Adrian Rudomin. Rihanna sued the Rudomins in August for allegedly lying about whether the home was properly waterproofed when the singer purchased it for $6.9 million in 2009.
