Allen Matkins Aids Kilroy's $266M West Coast Plans

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 5:51 PM ET) -- Private equity-backed Kilroy Realty Corp. is continuing its West Coast property development spree, having picked up a $186 million tower just outside Seattle and a rare parcel of San Francisco land where it plans to develop an $80 million office building, the company announced Thursday.
