Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 5:24 PM ET) -- The former head of securitization and structured finance at Nixon Peabody LLP has assumed the same role at Locke Lord LLP as a New York-based corporate partner with a subspecialty in real estate finance, Locke Lord said Thursday.
Keith Krasney, who has nearly 25 years of legal experience in the securitization and finance arenas, joined the firm as the chair of Locke Lord's securitization and structured finance practice group. Krasney will work within the global law firm's corporate and transactional department, Locke Lord said.
