Billionaire Brothers Win Battle For London Luxury Hotels

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 12:40 PM ET) -- Sirs David and Frederick Barclay can keep their stake in three famous London hotels after a British judge on Friday dismissed claims from another hotel holding company shareholder that the billionaire brothers breached a contract and tried to outmuscle him for control.
