Washington Square Tenants Sue To Halt NYU Expansion Plan

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 9:54 PM ET) -- A group of tenants living in high-rise apartment buildings in Washington Square Village sued New York University on Wednesday to stop a portion of the school's controversial expansion plan that they claim will wipe out the complex's private park grounds.
