Law360, Philadelphia (December 21, 2012, 5:12 PM ET) -- The statute of limitations on mechanics’ lien claims in Pennsylvania begins to run based on contractually agreed-upon dates, the state’s Superior Court ruled in a reported decision Wednesday, rejecting a contractor’s claim that he had completed work on a project after his official termination.
