Hobby Car Co. Sues Dallas Architects Over $32M Complex Plan

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 6:58 PM ET) -- Traxxas LP, a maker of hobby-class radio-controlled cars and boats, hit Merriman Associates Architects Inc. with a suit Monday in a Dallas state court alleging it botched the construction designs for Traxxas’ new $32 million headquarters in McKinney, Texas.
