Aragon Owes Investigator For Citadel Case, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 10:03 PM ET) -- Private investigation firm Proactive Integrity Associates LLC on Thursday sued real estate investor Aragon Holdings LLC in New York state court to recover $126,000 in unpaid discovery bills for the criminal defense of Aragon in a case brought by the district attorney last year.

Aragon hired PIA in May after Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance investigated the firm and its principal Alex Getelman for allegedly stealing $1.2 million from hedge fund Citadel Investment Group to build offices for Citadel at 601 Lexington Ave.
