RE Mogul Stole $300M From Founder Father, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 7:21 PM ET) -- The daughter of late real estate developer Abe Hirschfeld has filed a petition in New York Surrogate's Court alleging that her brother coerced their father into transferring the rights to up to $300 million in assets to him, possibly under the threat of physical violence, Rachel Hirschfeld's attorney said Thursday.
