Prism Capital's $230M NJ Mixed-Use Project Approved

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 4:24 PM ET) -- Real estate owner and developer Prism Capital Partners LLC has received local government approval for the first phase of its $230 million mixed-used redevelopment in West Orange, N.J., the company said Monday.
