Real Estate Experts See Calif. Office Boom Fizzling In Future

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 9:10 PM ET) -- While many have predicted 2013 will be a boom year for California office markets, local real estate lawyers and experts say the markets already are peaking as developers worry that a recent construction boom might put too much space online for demand to keep up with.
