Law360, Wilmington (January 29, 2013, 6:38 PM ET) -- The majority owners of Philadelphia's SugarHouse Casino, led by Chicago billionaire Neil G. Bluhm, have settled their court battle with local investors over a planned $142 million expansion of the facility, the casino said Tuesday.
SugarHouse said in a statement that the Delaware Chancery Court litigation over the casino's business plans was resolved amicably, but added that the details of the settlement are private.
"The matter had no impact on the day-to-day operations of the casino, but delayed a previously announced expansion plan," the statement said....
