Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 5:26 PM ET) -- A real estate attorney who has developed a subspecialty in advising real estate investment trusts on their transactional and investment matters has joined Greenberg Traurig LLP as a shareholder in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Carrie M. Risatti joined the firm on Jan. 7 and is based in Greenberg Traurig's real estate group. She was previously a principal with Chicago law firm Much Shelist PC, where she worked for the last seven years.
