Law360, Dallas (January 30, 2013, 4:31 PM ET) -- Institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management sold an office tower in Fort Worth’s AllianceTexas development to a Texas real estate investor, CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. announced Wednesday.
The building, Alliance Commerce Center 14, is a two-story, 72,772 square-foot office property on a five-acre site in the master planned development and is fully leased. The buyer is a Fort Worth-based real estate investor, and terms of the deal were not disclosed, a CBRE spokeswoman said.
