Law360, Miami (February 14, 2013, 6:01 PM ET) -- Philadelphia-based GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC on Thursday announced its $56 million acquisition of the Country Club Lakes Apartments in Jacksonville, Fla.
The addition of the 555-unit Country Club Lakes complex, brings the value of GoldOller's private open-ended apartment fund to approximately $500 million, according to the company. The fund, created in January 2010, now features a portfolio of about 6,500 units in seven states.
