Pipeline Co. Says Surveyor Gave Rival Secret Route Info

Law360, Houston (February 14, 2013, 10:39 PM ET) -- A Spectra Energy Corp. and Phillips 66 venture on Thursday alleged in Texas court that a former subcontractor had ignored a confidentiality agreement by giving details about a planned pipeline easement to an Energy Transfer Partners LP unit that attempted to seize the land.
