Austin Council Gives Early Nod To Hotel Zaza Project

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 5:09 PM ET) -- The Austin, Texas, City Council gave an initial approval Thursday to a controversial 24-story mixed-use project that will include apartments and a Hotel Zaza, after the developer agreed to some eleventh-hour concessions with community members
