Moses & Singer Docs Shielded From 'Adversarial' Investor

Law360, Los Angeles (March 14, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- A Williams Real Estate Co. Inc. director has no right to privileged communications between the company and its counsel Moses & Singer LLP over a stake sale, a New York state appeals court ruled Thursday, saying her status as an "adversarial" investor precludes her entitlement to the documents.
