Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 3:46 PM ET) -- Massachusetts commercial real estate investment trust Franklin Street Properties Corp. has acquired a a 28-story office tower in Atlanta from Jamestown Properties for $158 million, Franklin Street announced in a securities filing Thursday.
The firm announced that it had acquired the 999 Peachtree St. property in in Atlanta through a wholly owned subsidiary. The effective date of the transaction was March 8, Franklin Street said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
