Miami Condo Board Sues Builders Over Luxury Tower Defects

Law360, Miami (April 08, 2013, 5:28 PM ET) -- The condominium association of a luxury high-rise in downtown Miami sued the building's developer and general contractor Thursday in Florida state court, claiming they delivered a flawed finished product that failed to meet building codes.
