7th Circ. Won't Resurrect Employer Email Hack Suit

Law360, New York (April 08, 2013, 5:05 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday refused to revive a property manager's suit against his former employer for allegedly hacking into his personal email and deleting several years' worth of messages, ruling that he failed to show that the invasion of privacy cost him at least $5,000.
