NYC Council Sues To Block Housing Authority's Leasing Plan

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 4:00 PM ET) -- The New York City Council sued the city's housing authority in state court Thursday, seeking to block the authority's controversial plan to lease some of the vacant property it manages to private developers in an effort to raise funds for upkeep and maintenance.
