Landowners Can't Stop EQT's Pre-Fracking Tests: Judge

Law360, Philadelphia (January 03, 2014, 3:32 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania state judge last week ordered landowners resisting EQT Corp.’s efforts to begin preliminary natural gas drilling work to allow the company’s agents onto their property, while also ordering the company to post a $25,000 bond before starting seismic testing.
