Mashpee Tribe's $500M Casino Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (January 03, 2014, 7:40 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts $500 million casino project by the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe took a big step forward today when the U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs failed to intervene by the deadline to stop a compact between the state and the tribe.
