Sony Open Organizer Wants In On Miami Tennis Dispute

Law360, Miami (January 03, 2014, 9:23 PM ET) -- The organizer of the Sony Open tennis tournament recently told a Florida court it should be a party in a legal challenge to its proposed $50 million expansion of a Miami-area tennis facility because of the effect of the litigation on its contractual rights.
