NJ Firm Sued For Negligence Over Property Refinancing

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 8:56 PM ET) -- Gittleman Muhlstock & Chewcaskie LLP was hit last month with a malpractice suit filed in New Jersey state court by a former client who said his attorney omitted vital language from a document related to the refinancing of a real estate development, costing him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
