LP to refinance the former IBM Building in Manhattan, according to a Real Estate Capital News report on Thursday. The 10-year, fixed-rate loan retires some of an original $350 million facility that the lender made in 2007, according to the report. The market chattered about the refinancing of the 590 Madison Ave. property earlier this week, although the lender source had not been reported....
