Law360, New York (September 04, 2009, 2:31 PM ET) -- A former New York University undergraduate who wooed the university with a $1.25 million donation before being locked up on fraud charges has failed in a court bid to force the school to award him a degree.
Judge Peter C. Dorsey of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut dismissed Hakan Yalincak's suit against the school in an order filed Thursday.
