Ex-CyberKey Atty Settles Insider Trading Charges

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 5:35 PM ET) -- The former attorney for CyberKey Solutions Inc. has settled U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission charges that he traded on CyberKey's shares after learning that the tech company was under investigation for fraud.

The Orlando, Fla.-based lawyer, J. Bennett Grocock, consented to a permanent injunction barring him from future securities violations but was spared any civil monetary fines, according to a final judgment entered by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Tuesday.
