Dykema Bests Malpractice Suit Appeal

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 7:46 PM ET) -- Following a favorable jury verdict with a win on appeal, Dykema Gossett PLLC has soundly beaten former client Alpha Capital Management Inc.’s malpractice suit over the firm’s representation of an ACM shareholder who sold his stake, launched a competing company and usurped most of ACM’s clients.
