Ex-Mobile Ready CEO Reaches Deal With SEC

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 1:12 PM ET) -- A former co-CEO of mobile software company Mobile Ready Entertainment Corp. has followed his colleague in reaching a settlement in principle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over allegations of insider trading and participating in a pump-and-dump stock scheme.

Craig Mora and the SEC asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Friday to stay claims until May 10, just as the agency did for claims against Mobile Ready's other former co-CEO, Michael Magolnick.
