Ex-NY Bank Exec First To Be Charged With TARP Fraud

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 6:16 PM ET) -- The former head of a New York community bank faces up to 260 years in prison and nearly $8 million in fines on charges that he defrauded the bank out of millions of dollars and attempted to scam the Troubled Asset Relief Program out of over $11 million.
