SEC Orders Muni Advisers To Register By Oct. 1

Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 6:40 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday announced the adoption of a rule requiring municipal financial advisers to register with the agency by Oct. 1, a tight deadline established by the recently enacted financial reform legislation.
