NY TARP Fraudster Hit With $1.75M Civil Judgment

Law360, New York (November 04, 2010, 3:07 PM ET) -- The former head of a New York bank who pled guilty to attempting to defraud the Troubled Asset Relief Program and a raft of other crimes has been hit with a $1.75 million default judgment in a civil case brought by an investor defrauded in one of the schemes.
