Minkow Charged In Stock Fraud, Extortion Case

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 7:37 PM ET) -- A financial fraud investigator and ex-convict was charged with conspiracy in a Florida federal court on Thursday, a week after agreeing to plead guilty to allegations that he intentionally depressed a company's stock with false accusations of fraud.
