Attys Say Goldman Perjury Charges Unlikely

Law360, New York (April 14, 2011, 6:46 PM ET) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. was rocked late Wednesday when a key U.S. senator said he planned to notify criminal authorities of allegations that it lied to Congresss, but attorneys say a criminal case against the bank would be difficult to bring despite the new bad press.
