Law360, New York (June 03, 2011, 2:31 PM ET) -- American Medical Systems Holdings Inc. said Thursday that it had settled two shareholder class actions in Minnesota state court over Endo Pharmaceuticals' $2.9 billion purchase of the pelvic health company.
Minnetonka, Minn.-based American Medical Systems said it would settle the lawsuits solely to avoid the risks and costs of the litigation but didn't admit any wrongdoing.
