Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 2:09 PM ET) -- Thompson & Knight LLP said Tuesday it had bolstered its New York office, adding a mergers and acquisitions ace from Butzel Long PC to its corporate and securities group and reuniting with an oil and gas expert.
