'No Country' Investor Owed No Fiduciary Duty: Paramount

Law360, Los Angeles (October 03, 2011, 9:06 PM ET) -- Paramount Pictures Corp. told a California judge Monday that it didn't owe fiduciary duty to an investment fund that claims it was cheated out of revenue from “No Country for Old Men,” saying an error-filled contract at the heart of the suit was executed before the film was financed.
