Government Unlocks Alleged CyberKey Fraud

Law360, New York (July 02, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A grand jury has indicted the head of tech company CyberKey Solutions Inc. for allegedly orchestrating a securities fraud scheme and then lying about it to the U.S. government.

If convicted, James E. Plant, the chairman, CEO and president of CyberKey, will forfeit at least $3.5 million to the government and spend time in prison.
