Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 8:19 PM ET) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. CEO Lloyd Blankfein and Chief Financial Officer David Viniar may be called to testify in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's insider trading case against former Goldman board member Rajat Gupta, according to documents released Monday.
The two executives, along with Goldman President Gary Cohn, were named on a list of 10 people that the defense wants to depose on behalf of Gupta, who is accused of feeding convicted billionaire Raj Rajaratnam information he learned as a Goldman board member.
