Law360, New York (August 06, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has granted more time to three pension groups that are trying to prevent dismissal of their securities class action against KLA-Tencor and more than a dozen individual defendants over alleged backdating of stock options.
Judge Martin J. Jenkins in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Thursday pushed back the plaintiffs’ deadline to file their opposition brief from Aug. 6 to Sept. 7 in so they could also engage in mediation with the defendants.
