Law360, New York (April 09, 2012, 6:03 PM ET) -- Alabama law firm Presley Burton & Collier LLC has merged with Balch & Bingham LLP as part of Balch & Bingham's move to expand its health care and securities practices, the two firms announced Monday.
The combined firm will be known as Balch & Bingham, and attorneys from Presley Burton & Collier will join Balch & Bingham's business section in its downtown Birmingham, Ala., law offices.
