Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 7:58 PM ET) -- Prosecutors on Tuesday added an allegation to their insider tipping case against former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. director Rajat Gupta, filing a so-called bill of particulars that ties him to a new Procter & Gamble Co.-related tip.
New York federal prosecutors say Gupta provided information about a P&G sales growth forecast to alleged co-conspirator Raj Rajaratnam, the Galleon Group LLC founder who was found guilty of insider trading last year.
