Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:30 PM ET) -- Simmons & Simmons has bolstered its private fund practice in the U.K. by adding the former head of DLA Piper's U.K. investment funds team as a partner in its London office, it announced last week.
The international law firm said that David Williams, who was previously a partner at DLA Piper, will work in Simmons & Simmons' financial services group.
