Ex-Atty Gets 25 Years For Role in $34M Oil and Gas Scheme

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 10:07 PM ET) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Tuesday sentenced a former attorney for his role in an oil and gas investment scheme through Mid-America Energy, Inc. and Global Energy Group, which allegedly defrauded investors out of more than $34 million, according to Wednesday news reports.
