Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 3:30 PM ET) -- Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP has continued to expand its corporate practice with the addition of two attorneys to its Washington-based mergers and acquisitions and securities team, the firm announced recently.
Partner Thomas L. Hanley is joining Stradley Ronon from SNR Denton, where he was co-head of the securities and public companies practice group, according to a May 7 statement from Stradley Ronon. The firm also picked up associate Erin Troy Clinton from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
