Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 7:35 PM ET) -- A corporate transactional attorney who focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance has joined Armstrong Teasdale LLP as a partner in the firm's St. Louis office, Armstrong announced Wednesday.
Jennifer R. Byrne will work in the firm's corporate services practice group, Armstrong said. Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, she was a corporate attorney in Gallop Johnson & Neuman LC's St. Louis office, and was previously an associate with Bryan Cave LLP.
