Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 5:55 PM ET) -- Longtime Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP securities and antitrust partner Francis P. Barron has rejoined the law firm in New York after a two-year stint as Morgan Stanley's chief legal officer, Cravath announced Tuesday.
Barron will start with Cravath in its Manhattan office July 1, the firm said. He joined Morgan Stanley in July 2010 — just weeks before the Dodd-Frank Act was signed into law — and advised the Wall Street giant’s senior management during a time of significant upheaval in financial regulation.
