Stephen Baldwin Loses 1st Round In Bid For New Costner Trial

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 10:37 PM ET) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Thursday denied Stephen Baldwin's bid to argue for a fresh trial of fellow actor Kevin Costner, whom “The Usual Suspects” star claims cheated him and another investor out of $12.5 million in potential profits from their oil-cleanup company.
